I just went in and had a nice browse for my mums birthday present the two girls in the store were so lovely and accommodating. They listened to what I was looking for and showed me amazing options!!! And the selection of items were gorgeous

I have visited the store in Covent Garden a couple of days ago and from the minute I walked in it was an amazing experience. The lady was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I purchased a beautiful black trench coat in a pristine condition. Absolutely brilliant, friendly customer service. I will always remember this beautiful unique memory. Thank you!
