I have visited the store in Covent Garden a couple of days ago and from the minute I walked in it was an amazing experience. The lady was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I purchased a beautiful black trench coat in a pristine condition. Absolutely brilliant, friendly customer service. I will always remember this beautiful unique memory. Thank you!

A review that I was not asked to do but genuinely wanted to. I’ve been looking for a good Burberry trench coat since April 2025 from Good, finally I stumbled across one that was okay but Hyejin was super helpful and patient in showing me a few options I now own one that I’m so in love with. Tysm!

I was searching for a Jean jacket and stumbled in to Good in Soho. I was about to leave and this personable salesperson, Annalee, asked if I needed help.I said looking for a Jean jacket. And she was off. She pulled two jackets which were not right. As I was about to leave she said “wait” I think a new one came in yesterday. It was perfect and she was a pleasure to shop with!
