From the initial phone call to the end of the wedding tear-down, Rafael was so professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. The wedding was bilingual English/Spanish and it was so wonderful that he could make announcements in both languages, communicate with my in-laws from Chile, and understand the specific mix of music we wanted played.
