I came in on Sunday while on vacation to have my tragus pierced. At the time, the shop appeared clean, and I initially thought everything went fine. However, after returning home and dealing with complications, I have serious concerns about the quality of the piercing and overall experience. The piercer cleaned and marked the area but did not show me the placement or ask for my approval before piercing. I was also not given the option to choose my jewelry, which has always been standard with my previous piercings (ears, nose, and navel). During the piercing, the piercer mentioned something was “too short” and struggled to get the ball on the jewelry, but assured me everything was finished. Five days later, the ball fell off the earring. After researching possible causes, I learned that jewelry that is too short can lead to loosening or embedding. I went to a reputable piercing shop near my home to have the ball replaced, but by the next morning, the ball had sunk into my ear. When I returned, the piercer examined the placement and informed me that the piercing was positioned too far back—almost on my face—and not in the correct anatomical location. He advised removing it, allowing it to heal, and having it repierced properly. This has been extremely frustrating, especially after paying $80 and experiencing unnecessary pain, inconvenience, and additional costs. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care from a piercing studio and unfortunately did not receive that here.

I just met the lovely chisel jawed artist Ryan Eternal. I entered with a mediocre tattoo idea in my head and he definitely over delivered! I received two amazing tattoos and had a great time chatting and laughing. Great experience overall, no regrets!

Got a Mandalorian symbol tattoo done from Chrystal. She did an amazing job and took a basic concept I brought to her and made it amazing. All the staff were just great, and made it a great experience and fun atmosphere. Can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking to get some great quality work done.
