I love supporting this business but it seems like they allow people to reconsign their items within 4 weeks. This means items that are initially overpriced stay in store for a months and staff can’t taken new items as they don’t have room. A business model focussed on turning stock over ie. within 6 weeks would be so much better for customers. I have also noticed a lot of stock is damaged or stained and not priced accordingly

Disappointing! I brought a lot of stuff for consignment....Waited an hour for them to assess. Then, I was told it was good stuff (and it is ....not for landfill by far!) but needed to return within 3 to 4 weeks to review again for consignment because they didn't have space! What is the point? Just wasted my time, and it somewhat put me off the process. They have to be a lot more specific as to what they take on consignment. Staff was nice enough and helped us unload at first but not sure they know what they are supposed to be doing. The whole system needs to be a bit more professional (advice, requirements, seasonal sorting....Seems just all very ad hock and they don't seem to be aware or care that people who want to bring things are wasting a lot of time.
