We were assigned the Plumber Tom and he was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained what the issue was and answered my questions. He is good with communicating and following up as well. He was the most courteous plumber we have ever had at our home. We are grateful that the company could make service appointment even though the weather was bad. If we have issues in the future we will definitely use Goodman again!

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My family has used Goodman Plumbing for many years, which is why I recommended them to evaluate a family member’s water heater. Prior to their visit, I had already inspected the unit and determined that it required two heating elements and a lower thermostat. The technician confirmed the same diagnosis. However, upon completion of the repair, we were presented with a $500 bill for a job where the parts cost approximately $60. I understand and respect charges for labor, travel, and overhead, but $500 for a straightforward repair is excessive. Based on my professional experience managing two apartment complexes and regularly replacing heating elements and thermostats, this repair should have taken no more than 45 minutes. The pricing felt unreasonable and left us feeling taken advantage of. Had I been able to travel to Murfreesboro myself, I would have completed this repair without hesitation. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer recommend Goodman Plumbing to my family or friends. This situation is especially disappointing given the reputation for honesty and integrity the company once had. This experience does not reflect the standards that Mr. Goodman originally built the business on.

We were referred to Goodman by our realtor after experiencing issues with our tankless hot water heater in our new home. When taking showers the water would not stay hot. We had another company come out originally who recommended the whole unit be replaced which was estimated to cost $8,000. We wanted a second opinion and had Goodman come take a look. Nick arrived early and did a very thorough inspection of the issue. He was able to discover that it was not the unit itself causing the issue but the shower head! He simply replaced the shower head and it’s working great now. We literally saved thousands of dollars thanks to Nick’s honesty and expertise. We are new customers for life!!! Thank you to Nick and the whole team at Goodman.

Thank you Goodman Plumbing for the extra fast service, quality work, and kindness of your technicians. Small electrical fire on hot water heater from a leak. One call to Goodman had a tech to our home in about an hour and new water heater by noon the next day. Not even 24 hours without hot water. Thanks again for the excellent service!!!

Great experience with Goodman Plumbing! I had the pleasure of working with Nick after my main water valve decided to give out in my 80+ year old house. Yesterday as an emergency he successfully did a swift fix to get the water to stop leaking everywhere and prevent any more flooding, and then the following day today came back to properly rebuild the piping system in that area to help prevent any more issues down the line, it looks and works perfectly. You know it’s a great company when even Philadelphia Water Company recommends them by telling me I’m in good hands. Thanks again Nick and Goodman Plumbing!
