(I deleted my original review and have replaced it with this one) I was confused about how I was going to "meet" with the Goodshuffle rep. The meeting was booked as a "demo" so I assumed it would be conducted via Zoom or similar. Yet, I received no link or meeting code. We eventually connected via telephone and had a good conversation. Leon was able to clear up some of my confusion about how Goodshuffle works and is integrated with an existing website. I plan to re-connect with Leon for more details once I learn if my existing Wysiwyg website provide is able to support Goodshuffle. If not, I will need to start from scratch and am confident Leon will be able to help. Tune in later for updates.

As an event rental business owner, we absolutely love working with Good Shuffle Pro. The customer service is outstanding and efficient. They listen to all of our concerns and feedback. The system is easy and flexible for our staff, our clients and us as the owners. Each users can be customized. We have great feedback from our clients. We do our contracts, invoices, finances, inventory and tracking through the software. They have beautiful layouts and looks updated. We recommend this platform for easier tracking of inventory as well. This saves us time, money and inventory purchases. They also do follow ups on your numbers and how to improve. Goodshuffle is the best project management tool I have found in over 12 years of looking. It is customizable and scalable to meet your individual needs. The staff work as they are on your staff. They are responsive, proactive and always training you so you can get the maximum benefit from using Goodshuffle. We use every aspect from inventory management, project management and cash flow management. Truly an amazing tool for our business.

We absolutely love the Goodshuffle Pro software! It has an easy to use interface allowing quotes to be created and sent to our customers easily, quickly, and with a professional look and feel. The software allows the client to digitally sign and make payments with their credit card without any involvement from our company. This saves so much time and we believe has led to more sales. It also keeps track of our inventory and notifies us when we are short of inventory allowing us to never double book rental items and integrates with Quickbooks for our book keeping. We are so happy with it, we are going to "upgrade" to the Wishlist functionality. This allows a client to select the items they want and it will send a wish list to us that can easily be converted to a quote once we verify that the items are available. We are really happy with the Goodshuffle Pro software and would recommend it to other rental companies!

I own an event rental business, and Goodshuffle has literally changed our entire business for the better. The program is super user friendly. The staff is amazingly helpful and personable. You can actually talk to real people whenever you need. I, hands down, recommend Goodshuffle to anyone who needs an inventory management system that will help streamline your processes and make your business so much easier to manage.
