Having sourced them from a Google Search, Gorilla stepped in on the back of an Emergency Call to their Founder, Kyle...and I cannot praise them enough for the way that they immediately came to my business's rescue. Due to a high number of issues with Plug-Ins & potential Hacking situation, which led to my Site not only losing its place on Google & vanishing, but also resulting in the entire Design of the Site being compromised....Gorilla with Immediate Effect worked closely with me to re-establish not only its Ranking, but spent valued time on Fixing all the issues within a less than a day or so. I cannot thank them enough for both their Support & Expertise, as their professionalism and knowledge has been invaluable. I first heard someone say SEO in 2004. I saw the results/potential of it through my step dad's co at the time. It worked - lucrative actually. I have dabbled in and out of it over the years - and know more than most - but never paid someone to do it as a service, a big deal for me. I shopped around a bit, talked to a few agencies (4 to be exact) & my first impressions were that it was maybe a case of style over substance. Not Gorilla though - came across well, different, stood out in a good way.....went with them. Bit of a shaky start but we have just come out of the first 6 x months and things are starting to move in the right direction. Look it takes time.....& I can hold my nerve more than most but you still do need to knuckle though it. As a small business with bills/commitments up the wazoo we don't have a bottomless digital marketing budget for this kind of work - but I would say we found the right people to work with in Gorilla and we are now in a better position and have something good to build on going forward. Good guys.....they get my recommendation.
