When my grand daughter’s clarinet instructor suggested she was ready for a professional level instrument we took her to Got-a-Gig Music, which is an authorized Buffet-Crampon sales, set up and repair dealer. That was important because of the reputation of the BC pro- models she was interested in playing. We had the privilege and pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. John Gill. The quality of instruments and practice rooms were great. My granddaughter selected a BC R-13 and we’re all thrilled with the sales and service. We highly recommend Mr. Gill and Got-a-GigMusic!
I recently picked up a Conn 10M tenor sax that had been presented as well-maintained. After playing it I saw that it needed quite a bit of work so I took it to John, and he gave the horn a full overhaul. Now the mechanical action is much cleaner and the body and pads are free of all the grime and crud that were there before. The horn plays great, like a legendary Conn should. Thanks, John!
