George’s worker removed an iron gate with open rails that was allowing rodents into the backyard and installed this beautiful high and hopefully rodent resistant redwood gate. George’s communication leading up to the start date was very good. His written contract was well done and easy to understand. Once the work started, the worker showed up on time every day and cleaned up after himself every day leaving the work space tidy for the next day. He completed the job exactly when he said he would. George came by throughout the process to check on the work. We are all happy with the results. This is the second project George’s company has done for me; the first one installing windows on a garage. I like the easy payment method of Zelle. I look forward to working with George and his worker(s) in the future. PS - I also had another (small) job at another house I needed done and George had it done complimentary. Thank you, George!
George and his crew did a great job removing our old front door and installing our brand new door along with the smart lock! This door was quite heavy being solid white oak but it was no problem for the team. He also installed a new mailbox. Everything came out perfectly and they are highly recommended!
My mother needed to freshen up her kitchen and we contacted several contractors to come and look at the project. When George at GR Repair and Maintenance came over and gave a fair and reasonable estimate, we chose him over 3 other contractors. George took the time to listen and understand what my mom wanted. George's worker Felix came over every day on time and did the bulk of the work and did a really nice job, with some panel installations and painting and caulking. My mom is very happy with the work that was done, they cleaned up every day after work and would hire GR Repair and Maintenance again for upcoming projects. We are happy we found George at GR Repair and Maintenance.
George and his crew were great to work with. I ended up needing the subfloor of my apartment repaired on short notice, and they worked quickly, showed up on time, and showed a great attention to detail in the quality of work. They took the stress out of a bad situation and delivered a great service. I'd absolutely work with them again.
We feel extremely lucky to have found GRR Repair and Maintenance. After the recent heavy rains we discovered our garage wall was leaking. Jorge and his team were extremely quick to respond and came up with a very comprehensive plan to not only repair the exterior wall, but ensure the garage was flood proof from now on. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks amazing. We are so relieved that our garage is safe from future heavy rain! Jorge and his guys are consummate professionals. All communication was clear and efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. Worth every penny for the peace of mind it has given us.
