Great furniture location! The prices are super reasonable compared to other furniture stores. They have many deals going on and you can even put deposit down to buy and hold your furniture for up to 45 days. We will definitely be back. John was so accommodating and helpful. The setup displays are great to see how everything looks together.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I ADVISE NO ONE ELSE TO DO SO. I MADE TWO PAYMENTS IN OCT.2025 IN WHICH ONE OF THOSE PAYMENTS SHOULD'VE WENT TOWARDS MY NOV.2025 PAYMENT. CALLED GRAND YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I'M MISSING NOV.2025 PAYMENT HOW COULD THAT BE FAST FORWARD TO DEC.2025 WENT INTO THE STORE AND MADE TWO PAYMENTS AGAIN IN WHICH ONE ON THOSE PAYMENT SHOULD'VE WENT TOWARDS JAN.2026 SO I WENT INTO THE STORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT ALL MY PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE SO I ASKED HER WHY DID I RCVD AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY PAYMENT FOR JAN.2026 IS PASS DUE SHE STATED IT'S BECAUSE I CHANGED MY DUE DATE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT WHEN ONE OF THOSE PAYMENTS SHOULD'VE WENT TOWARDS THE PAYMENT FOR JAN.2026 IF I WAS LATE, PASSED DUE ETC THE DOUBLE PAYMENS THAT I MADE IN TWO MONTHS THAT EQUALS TO 4 PAYMENTS. TOOK CARE OF NOV.2025 AND JAN.2026, THEN TO BE TOLD TODAY THAT I'M MISSING SEPT.2025 PAYMENT IS CRAZY AS ALL KNOW WHEN DEALING WITH GRAND IF ONE IS SO FAR BEHIND THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE ONE TO COURT. AND THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH ME BECAUSE I'M ALL CAUGHT UP AND TO BE TOLD TODAY THAT I HAVE A PARTIAL PAYMENT BECAUSE I PAID MORE TOWARDS MY REG. PAYMENTS THAT'S WHY I HAVE A PARTIAL PAYMNET DUE FOR JAN.2026 IS CRAZY YES I PAID A LITTLE MORE TOWARDS THE REG. PAYMENTS AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE A PAYMENT DUE UNTIL FEB.2026 I'M SO PISSED OFF THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT DON'T USE COMMON SENSE SO MAKE IT MAKE SENSE NO STARS IS NEEDED BUT TO POST THIS, ONE IS ONLY NEEDED GET IT TOGETHER GRAND FOR I DON'T HAVE MONEY TRESS IN MY BACK YARD!!!!! As far as furniture goes, I am pleased with look however... this rating is directed at the company Grand furniture uses to install the furniture. I chose the lazy route an paid to have delivered an installed an now paying the price. I had to spend 100.00 roughly on getting new metal bed rails instead of the wood rails due to the installers, put the support beam legs on cockeyed an not centered an at 45 degree angles etc... I may have to get a new bedframe because when the leg gave due to poor workmanship it damaged one side ofe the bed frame. The side my gf sleeps on who is not a large person..I highly suggest putting bed frames/supports together yourself or getting someone to help you because I wouldn't hire the company that did this to put together a lego set...
