Couldn't recommend highly enough! We had spilled water on an XPS laptop with a Solid State Drive and although the laptop was fried, Joe managed to get all 70GB+ off the hard drive successfully. Completely saved the day, highly recommended!!

Appalling customer service. Laptop was returned with a scratch on the front cover and with headphone jack not working. False advertisement of 'free home visits', where fee is actually factored into overall price. Final cost was no where near what was initially stated; also failed to provide an estimate prior to commencing repairs, as was agreed. Overall, awful experience and completely unprofessional. I will never use this service provider again and have reported to Trading Standards.
