I welcome the opportunity to leave Grant's Ride Clean, LLC a review and it's long overdue. I first learned of this business through a "Ride Clean Special" on Groupon, and Anthony didn't disappoint. You can "Request a Service" on their website but it was easiest for me to "Send a Message" via text due to the unique nature of my ride. I have a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST 4WD Crew Cab with a 6" lift, which means that it can't fit into most service bays. Also, I had ceramic coating applied approximately 1 1/2 years ago, and I required hand washing with soap for ceramic-coated vehicles; he had all bases covered. Due to his attention to detail, he managed to point out a few flaws in the workmanship of the ceramic coating application. For example, there were a few spots where the ceramic coating wasn't properly applied and/or removed leaving behind a white-colored haze, as well as, low performance at repelling water, which causes dirt, dust, and grime to stick to the paint surface. It's almost like I don't even have ceramic coating. :( Long story short, I made contact with the most recent installer of the ceramic coating top coat application required every year under warranty, Premium Film Solutions, and they’re more than willing to reapply same in the upcoming spring/summer months, which works for me, especially now that I have to fix a front passenger side door ding. The point is... Anthony doesn't mind intervening if/when he feels like a client of his got the short end of a stick. It speaks volumes of his character; he's a true professional with B-I-G personality. And that's why I came back a second time. Lastly, please pardon the fresh dusting of pollen in the picture. It's that time of year, again!
