Best liquor store in the area. Huge inventory of liquor, wine, craft and hard to get bourbon. They have a nicely stocked beer cave. Always ask for help and the guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable
This is an update from my first post about this place a few years ago. That was a good review. This place has evolved from then and through focus, determination and commitment to customer service has gotten even better. There is only one place I go for specialty and allocated beer and spirits and that's Grape Press Liquor. It's not just that they have the stuff I'm looking for, it's that the pricing is fair and reasonable. To top it off the staff is friendly and Sam, the owner, is super knowledgeable about all his products. As I write this I'm torn because I want to keep them my secret spot for go-to beverages, but I also want to sing their praises and let my neighbors know that there's a gem of a liquor store in Anaheim Hills they should check out.
Grape Press I typically go to grocery stores to pick up alcohol but ever since my boyfriend recommended this place to me, this is my go-to spot for picking up my liquor. There are more than just alcohol sold here. In fact, they'll have snacks, hookahs, and even some DVDs sold here if you're looking for things like that. The owner himself is incredibly friendly and that is honestly one of the biggest reasons as to why I'll be coming back. He's always looking for different kinds of alcohol to bring into his shop so definitely do not be afraid to make recommendations! The pricing for the alcohol is so much cheaper than your local grocery store so if the service and amenities aren't good enough, then at least the pricing will! Highly recommend this place.
Love stopping by and seeing Sam or Danny, they will take care of all your booze needs, tell a joke or two, and give you suggestions if you want them. This place quickly became one of my favorite liquor stores.
Easily the best liquor store in all of 92807. Great little indie shop that is jam-packed with everything beer, wine and liquor. The stuff you can't find anywhere else, that one weird pint you had at some pub--they have it or they will order it for you. They also have a ton of booze in a rainbow of fun, small sizes, beyond the standard fifth. Keeps lightweights like me (mostly) out of trouble. As far as friendly service, Sam and Dan go above and beyond and are more like good friends than shop keeps. Cannot recommend their place enough.
