Their former sales rep, Vince, and I had conversations about what kind of projects they want to take on. Of course, anyone we do business with we want to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I thought we had established that. Within days of Vince retiring we got an email from General Sales pausing our business relationship. I was shocked, especially given the conversation I had with Vince. Also, we had a project quoted and ready to be ordered and now we have to do more work to have it quoted with another supplier which is not the best situation to be in. I certainly understand that finding customers who want to be a good fit for your business and there is no easy way to do it but to get an email from General Sales is very crass and I would not recommend doing any business with them because they will express one thing to you with their sales reps but then turn around and do something else.

We use Graphic Components for all of our ADA signage. They are a great company to do business with. I always get a fast response on quotes and actual sign delivery. We have never had a problem with any signs that we have received from Graphic Components and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.

We are grateful to have a vendor like Graphic Components. I have personally toured the facility, met with the owner and his entire team. I have also purchased signs from smaller orders of 40 signs to larger ones of well over 1,000 custom signs. My feedback from those experiences are below. - Very clean, well organized and nice facility. - A wonderful team with integrity that I enjoy working with. - Accurate lead times provided upfront. - Planning upfront that avoided problems we didn't foresee. - Great company and a great experienced team! - Good culture in the company from phone conversations to watching them work and interact folks enjoyed working for a good company.

Rose Lines is great to work with! Very knowledgeable and patient too! Appreciate her and Graphic Components for the wonderful work they do. My only complaint is that the signage takes a while to produce and that sometimes keeps our projects from being completed on time. Other than that Graphic Components is top notch - excellent quality and customer service!
