My son and I needed banners for our canopy booth. Walking in there was a young woman at a small table to my right. She looked up. Another young woman was at the end of a long counter to my right. A young man was also at this long counter. The young woman greeted us. I walked over to her and explained what I needed. She was doing data entry and didn't stop even though she spoke with me. I tried to get some ideas about services, costs, sizes etc and I got no examples. I was told that when I had my specs, then they would tell me the price. I was wanting help. I got none. Finally, the woman at the small table decided to talk to me. I asked what sizes people generally ordered as banners for canopies. She answered that she would tell me prices when I told her sizes. I said I'd have to go and measure someone else's banner since I had no idea about size. After more "no into" back-and-forth, I said I'll just order from Vista printing on line, and I left. RUDE isn't even a strong enough word. It was obvious that they were irritated that we had walked in.

Warning: Dishonest and Unprofessional I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid a deposit of over $600 for a print job that didn’t go through, and when I requested a refund, they refused. They told me I could use the amount as a store credit toward other printed products, but that turned out to be a lie. They later charged me nearly $500 more for products they originally said would be covered by my deposit. In the end, they essentially kept my deposit and charged me again. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. I highly recommend avoiding this company, they are dishonest and do not stand by their word.

I designed a T-shirt of a race car and wanted it printed before I attended the upcoming race but I also wanted to keep it local. I found Graphic Impact through a Google search and followed their online Design & Buy protocol and a few days later, received a call from Geena with pick-up information. The process was quick and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. Their execution worked so well for me that my wife designed a shirt for herself that also came out perfectly. So, I would highly recommend Graphic Impact if you need a one-of-a-kind shirt done right and on time at a fair price. We'll be back!

This was my first experience using Graphic Print as well as my first acrylic print. Overall I'm happy with the quality of the print and finished product. My order was completed within a couple work days as agreed upon. Unfortunately I had to return the following day and have mount holes drilled, and that work was completed within a couple hours. Something I should have ask about when placing the order.
