Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Rude staff and complete chaos throughout. At the start, they’d even lost all the safety waivers, so around 25 kids’ parents had to stand around redoing everything on just a few screens. This caused an unnecessary delay of about 40 minutes before anything even began. Before we’d even properly gone in, staff asked us to leave a review for a free slushie, which felt inappropriate given we hadn’t experienced anything yet. The food service was a joke. The menu is tiny, yet even a simple pizza slice took almost 45 minutes. There didn’t seem to be any proper system in place, as people who ordered the exact same thing after us were being served first. When we asked about it, staff were dismissive and said there was “no order” and that’s just how it works. The birthday party was just as bad. Five kids were left standing while everyone else just started eating snacks and getting settled. The birthday girl ended up in tears on her own birthday while staff did nothing to help. Even when their “manager” was involved, there was no urgency or attempt to resolve anything. The whole experience was an absolute shambles. Would not recommend to anyone.
