I arrived for a party today only to find out that it had been cancelled (but the host did not tell me). A male staff member (I unfortunately did not get his name) was really kind to me and my one-year-old. We decided to stay and ended up having a positive experience despite the circumstances.

We love the new addition of the under 5's jumping castle. So much fun and alot safer for the little ones. A big mention to Holly. Her customer service is amazing and she couldn't have been more helpful during our recent visit.

Party was a shit show, staff were rude. Little compassion, support or interest for our needs for a party. Food was late. Would never book a party there again.

Attended a birthday party today. On arrival was told there wasnt any bands left. I said I would pay, but then told they were booked out. I phoned the party host who said the bands cant be gone as only half the kids had arrived. I told the lady that at the counter, she said bands must have been handed out to other people and for me to go find who wasnt meant to have one, I asked for a attendance list, they hadn't written down a single person. During cake time we counted the kids and including the 5 that weren't allowed to jump we still hadn't reach the number booked for. This place has zero guidance from mature staff. And clearly has no organisation. So glad I drove1.5hrs for my kids to be told they areny allowed to participate And just an FYI there isn't air conditioning like its advertised

Wouldn’t give any stars only I made me do that . False or misleading information. Party information states minimum when they are booked to capacity they change it to the maximum and make the children sit out. With 48 hours notice so therefore to late to rebook elsewhere. When I booked I was told minimum of 10 and was told there was going to be a phone call 48hours prior to confirm numbers and pizza. When they rang I confirmed pizza then she stated. Maximum 10. I stated that I had 12 she said sorry they can’t jump unless there is availability tickets from another party. No refund policy Other words they over booked. I had to risk telling the boys guest they may not join in or uninvited people. I fact she stated it’s too bad we can’t help it. 2 year old was not allowed to jump offered to pay but was also told had to wait for a spare ticket. Also. This is false and misleading information Could not cancel nor book elsewhere. No refund policy Asked for the owner to ring however have not reached out at this time. The party next to me was told the same. I was lucky they had less people and I purchased through them the spare tickets. Disgusting service to treat young children bad
