The folks at Great Basin Roofing and solar did an amazing job with the new roofing, and the solar panels; they did not try to hard sell us on extras, or even on the newest (and most expensive) options. They were in constant contact and all of the costs were covered upfront without any last minute adjustments. I would recommend them anytime I needed this work done. Thanks to Steve, Carlos, Ali, and all the others that made this project a success. RMC

I found that the workmanship of Great basin Roofing was excellent. The roofing staff were professional and timely. Roofing Issues that came up were, for the most part, resolved.

Carlos and the whole Great Basin crew did a beautiful job on my roof. They were courteous and professional, keeping everything clean. The new Certainteed roof actually keeps the house cooler than the old roof. The integrated solar panels are flush, making for a better look as well as better wind resistance. We had a good experience with GBR in designing and planning our roof and solar overhaul. Carlos did a beautiful job installing the Tesla PowerWall and wall EV charging system. I am happy that I chose Great Basin Roofing to do this job. I couldn’t be happier.

Dear Great Basin Roofing Team, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the exceptional service you provided during our roofing project. From start to finish, your team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and genuine care that made the entire experience seamless and positive. A special thank you goes to the two workers whose names I unfortunately do not know. Their dedication, kindness, and expert craftsmanship truly reflected the high standards that Great Basin Roofing upholds. Their work ethic and professionalism made a lasting impression, and I hope they know just how much their effort was appreciated. Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to Amie for her outstanding communication and support throughout the process. Her clarity, patience, and warm personality made navigating the payment process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a high level of customer care, and Amie exemplified it perfectly. We are truly grateful for the generous addition of the front gutter attachment at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture went above and beyond, showing that your company values its customers and takes pride in the quality of its service. Great Basin Roofing is a company that stands out not only for its expertise but also for its integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction. My Wife and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome of the project, and we will be recommending your services to others without hesitation. Thank you again for your hard work and commitment-it did not go unnoticed! With sincere appreciation, Jeffrey & Mary Ellis
