Unfortunately, there is no zero stars as an option! Horrible experience definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. When booking an appointment, the manager was extremely rude over the phone. Thinking she was having a bad day. I just called back later and spoke to a different person and booked it. However, when I showed up with the service dog, she refused to let us in and asked me to leave the dog in the car for a whole hour. After saying that, I didn’t feel comfortable for her checking on my dog and I would prefer another staff member to do it during the appointment. She asked me to leave and refuse to let me proceed with the appointment. She was also very rude and turned her head around during the conversation. Just overall horrible experience!

The owner here is extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I even had a facial hair even though they are a bit on the pricey side, but I definitely come here to purchase my face products.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review! I’ve been a long time patron of Great Spa and have always enjoyed getting facials there. Absolutely love their skinny detox water. Just so refreshing! Everything from the decorations to the warm staff is wonderful and Ms. Brenda (the owner) is always staying up to date with new technology and skincare. They have facials for working with dull skin and hyperpigmentation to acne prone skin. The Rhonda Allison Progressive line is my favorite and I always see instant results. All the estheticians are so sweet and great but I normally ask for Christine and she always does an amazing job. I trust her with my skin and always go with her recommendations. I definitely recommend going to Great Skin for a pick me up or for skin maintenance! There is a reason they have won so many awards 💕

My wife gifted me with my first ever facial for my birthday. Christine was totally amazing!! She made the environment feel very comfortable, extremely relaxing and incredibly enjoyable. I was so relaxed that I had a hard time trying not to fall asleep. The amount of personal care and attention that was put into the facial itself was quite overwhelming. Christine also performed a shoulder massage that added so much more relaxation to my session. I left feeling totally relaxed, refreshed and looking so much better! My experience with Great Skin and in particular with Christine was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend visiting Great Skin for your Skin care needs!!

Bren was absolutely lovely and she made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had purchased a 3 pack of facials from groupon and it was such a treat. My face looked so healthy after she would get her hands on it.
