We consulted with Peter for a pre-assessment of our front yard to explore building a parking pad. From our first conversation, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He provided a fair assessment based on our property’s specific features and ultimately advised that our permit would likely be rejected for valid reasons. I truly appreciate his integrity; he didn’t mislead us by promising a project that wasn’t viable. He was also incredibly patient and responsive to all my questions. Although we couldn’t move forward with the parking pad, we will 100% be using his services for our future front yard remodel.

I wanted to create more privacy in the back, which they accomplished with trees surrounding my fence, and a pergola on a beautifully designed deck surrounded by plants that makes it feel like a little oasis. It was important to me that everything flowed together, which they were very thorough about. They made great use of the space and were a pleasure to work with. I didn’t need many revisions because they did such a good job on the initial design, but for the few changes I wanted they gave me good alternatives, as well as different options at different price points. They were professional, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable from everything from materials to plants, and arranged quality contractors for the things they didn’t handle directly. Definitely hire Green Apple, you won’t regret it!

We hired Green Apple to design and build our backyard, and we are beyond happy with the results of our renovation (see pics before/after). Our take on Green Apple - they know how to create beautiful spaces, they are proactive anticipating and discussing detailed hurdles with recommendations. The team is also super professional, dependable, and respectful. When you speak to them, it is evident they know what they’re doing. We dealt with a number of unforeseen challenges (i.e. trees falling due to wind storms in the middle of construction), and Peter/Simon/Team dealt with these issues so well by exercising flexibility, taking on unplanned work to keep the project going among other things. Green Apple took our ideas and created a conceptual design that immediately hit the mark with us. We went for the 3D drawings, which I highly recommend. To save costs, Peter also recommended procuring some things independently, and we really appreciated that. Material durability and low maintenance was also important to us, and they recommended Azek products that look sharp and we love. Overall, if you are looking to build a modern or any backyard style, I’d highly recommend these guys!
