I tried Green Clean Express one time this week. Unfortunately, one piece of trim came off during the wash. The company declined to pay for it to be put it back on. My car is a 2017 and it has been through many car washes without any damage. They're blaming a factory defect on the damage. I won't be back. I'd rather go out of my way to another car wash that has never damaged my car.

It used to be awesome but now it's in dire need of repairs. One of the employees told me they've been asking. It's bad form when you have to wash your car when you get home to get the soap off

Date: 3/31 at approximately 3:35 PM I had a very concerning experience at this car wash today. First, the employee at the entrance had a noticeable attitude from the start. As we entered the wash, the vehicle in front of us — a red Mustang — suddenly stopped in the middle of the track. We came very close to hitting them, and my husband had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. The manager ran out and instructed my husband to keep his foot on the brakes while our window was still down. It appeared the first vehicle had not been properly placed on the track. While we were stopped and speaking with the manager, the machine was suddenly restarted, and a large amount of soap and water poured directly into our vehicle through the open window. Shortly after that, our vehicle became stuck again, and the machine had to be stopped once more. We were then told to turn the wheel all the way to the right to fix the issue. The entire situation felt chaotic, unsafe, and poorly managed. Most concerning was that this happened with our one-year-old in the car, who was screaming throughout the ordeal. It was honestly a very stressful and traumatic experience. We were worried we may have hit the vehicle in front of us, although thankfully we did not see visible damage. What stood out the most was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. No one apologized, acknowledged the situation, or checked to make sure we were okay. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their procedures to ensure customers are placed on the track correctly and handled safely.

The attendants upselling the membership are a little ridiculous and literally makes me not want to go in whenever I do need to go in for a car wash! After I say no, that should be enough. Today, the attendant tried to make me feel bad about not upgrading to a membership because “he’ll see me again this month when I have to come in again due to the pollen!” No y’all wont if this is the energy! 😅

This location has aged. Most of the time there's a brush not working so you don't get a full wash. The dryer doesn't fully dry anymore. Please update or repair.
