Right from first Contact Jackson was brilliant, he went through the whole process with me ensuring everything was covered for moving day and that I felt comfortable with their service. We moved on a Saturday which normally comes at a premium ( we've moved lots in our lifetime!) but not with Green Move, which was just another part of their incredible service. The guys turned up on the Saturday, massive smiles and didn't stop from the minute they arrived until the minute they left! We have never had a more efficient, carefully executed move. Northing was damaged in the move and everything was treated with genuine care which is definitely a first for us. The guys on the day couldn't have been better. I have to mention on pricing that they were the most competitive & reasonably priced out of all the quoted we received. I would highly recommend Green Movers to everyone & we will definitely use them again in the future.

I booked the team to do a couple of trips for me and nothing was too much bother. They were very careful with all the furniture, and made sure everything was safely packed in the van for the move. I will 100% definitely use them again, especially having used various other removal companies over the years. Green Move customer service and values are the best I have experienced.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Excellent removal service, and were happy enough to pick up a wardrobe for me at an extra location too which was a huge help. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient with their time. Thank you (and so sorry again for making you lift things to a top floor flat!)

We had a very stressful move due to an issue with our solicitors moving back our entry date on three occasions. The team at Green Move Removals were so kind and understanding about this. They were very accommodating when we had to change our date of removal and displayed brilliant customer service on this. The move itself was made easy and quickly by the team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had a really stressful house move, but the team at Green Move Removals made the whole experience so much easier. We had delays and date changes due to issues in our chain, and they were incredibly flexible and understanding throughout. On moving day the guys were friendly, helpful, and worked with great care and professionalism and everything was handled to a high standard. What could have been a nightmare ended up feeling smooth and manageable thanks to them. Would absolutely recommend. 💚
