My wife and I came here to celebrate my birthday. We booked the Journey For Two. From start to finish it has become one of my favorite experiences. The staff were all very lovely and the facilites were extremely clean. Joe was my massage provider, and he found knots I didn’t even know were there. We are making the Journey for Two at Green Rees Spa a journey we take every 6 months. Highly recommend, and we will be back.

Hands down absolutely the most beautiful spa I’ve visited to date. As a world traveller and seeker of luxury spa experiences I was highly impressed with the aesthetic, atmosphere and exquisite level of professionalism Green Reed offered. I booked a hydrofacial with Cassie who was amazing, very well versed in her knowledge of skincare and even put my mind at ease about red light therapy on my skin type. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the deep tissue massage I had booked as well due to the therapist calling out the day of however if I’m back in Albuquerque in my travels I’ll be sure to return.

Terrible customer service. I called to cancel and reschedule. They didn’t have the services available the next weekend so I asked if I could call back to reschedule once I know a few days that would work. Today they say I never canceled and that they tried to get ahold of me. Blatant lies!

Purchased a 90 minute deep tissue and haircut for myself and a 60 minute massage and pedicure for my wife. Gratuity is automatically included at 20% of your services. Cost for everything was 625$. You can use the amenities (hot tub, steam, sauna) for two hours before your services. Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and professional. My only complaint is the deep tissue massage. It was the most expensive service but I would not consider it a deep tissue at all. The pressure was very light. He asked me what area I wanted him to focus on. I said lower back and hips, he spent about 80% of the massage on my shoulders. I did mention to him during, that the pressure was light and the specific spot in my back I wanted worked on, it made no difference. If I had to rate the massage alone I’d give it 2 stars. The guy was nice, just not what I asked for. The rest of the people were great. And I would definitely come again for a men’s haircut with Melissa. She was great.
