I am beyond grateful! The thought of loosing my GBP was incredibly stressful. I prepared every detail I read online that I would need to go it alone, and attempt to remove Google's suspension myself. I was rejected and declined by Google. Reading online that you only have a certain amount of tries, I did not want to risk it. I Googled companies that specialize in GBP suspensions. There was no shortage of companies who said they do it. I exchanged texts, emails, and calls with a few of them, and chose Green Thumb Local. Sometimes you make decisions from a "gut feel" and on your instincts. I am thrilled I listened to my gut feeling. In a couple short weeks, my GBP was back up and running. There were less expensive options (as well as much more expensive options) out on the web, but I wasn't about to leave such an important component to my business to save a few dollars. I was so impressed with Green Thumb Local that we are in discussion now to manage all my Online and Digital Marketing.

I had issues with my Google Business Profile being suspended for months, and this team was able to get it reinstated. They communicated clearly, explained the steps, and took care of everything. My profile is live again and I’m finally showing up on Google. Thank you for your help — highly recommend.

In the dark ages of digital despair, when our Google My Business profiles lay lost in the shadows—banished to the void where forgotten listings go—hope was but a faint ember. We had searched far and wide, across the lands of endless “support tickets” and “automated replies,” yet none could restore what was broken. Then came Green Thumb Local. Like a radiant rider cresting the hill at dawn, they charged forth with confidence and clarity. Their knowledge was ancient, their tools precise. They spoke the sacred language of algorithms and verification codes, wielding their SEO swords with the precision of Elven craftsmanship. When all others said “it can’t be done,” they merely smiled—like wizards who’ve seen this battle before. And lo, the clouds parted, the emails arrived, and our listings were reborn. Not one, but two mighty profiles, resurrected from the abyss of suspended status and data limbo. We stood in awe as they planted the seeds of digital resurrection—our brand once again shining upon the Google Map horizon. Green Thumb Local didn’t just help us; they restored our faith in marketing magic. Now, when we gaze upon our live profiles—gleaming with reviews and direction requests—we whisper their name with reverence: “Green Thumb Local… The Guardians of the GMB Realm.” Forever shall their deeds be sung in the halls of local business heroes.

GTL is such an awesome company! We have seen so much growth since we started utilizing their service. We started with the lowest package and now we're upgrading to the middle package. The professional photo shoot was awesome. All the guys had a great time. For us it did not take long for the calls to start rolling in. It's been about 6 months since everything launched and it has been money well spent. We're a home renovation company.
