I had a wonderful experience with the lady that altered my bridesmaids dress! I actually went in a year ago and got it hemmed up, since then I have lost a ton of weight and wanted to wear that dress again for my own wedding because it’s just so pretty! I took the dress back and the same lady made my alterations to size it waaay down and it looks so beautiful! Thank you so much!! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family 🫶
Nina and her team did an incredible job tailoring my wedding dress to perfection. She is so talented, and went above and beyond. She helped me stay within budget, beautifully hemmed the gown, and added a stunning embroidered back cover. I couldn’t be happier with the result! It was absolutely amazing and perfect! Highly recommend !
Worst business I have ever encountered. My wife brought my wedding suit, her wedding dress and several other items to this place to have them professionally dry cleaned and preserved. They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.
I could not recommend Greenacres Alterations enough. Nina is extremely meticulous and talented. The entire process of altering my wedding dress with her was streamline and pleasant! I had very delicate and intricate lace that needed to be taken in to fit my petite frame. She had to remove & reattach all of my buttons, and I’m still not sure how she made the lace look like it had not been touched at all! I felt that my dress was in safe hands, which was important to me(as it was definitely my most expensive clothing purchase hahaha!). My dress fit perfectly and I could not be happier. Plus she is just so sweet! Please look no further if you are in need of alterations. Thank you Nina!
Nina is incredibly talented, and her team is amazing! I bought a wedding dress that was bigger on purpose knowing from experience that a sized dress has never fit right. I was nervous when I came to see Nina as other alterations have discouraged me. Nina was so kind, reassuring and went straight to work showing that could be done to the dress. On final fitting the dress sat perfectly! It was made for my body and the design stayed exactly the same, each flower pattern matched original design and sat so well on me! Nina gave so much support and encouragement when I needed it, and I truly can't say thank you enough! The alteration, fitting and was worth every penny and time! I highly recommend Nina for your alterations!
