I had an absolutely AMAZING experience here! If I could give 10 stars I would. Went on NYE to leave all the tension behind in 2025. Best decision I could’ve made to ring in the new year feeling refreshed. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. I was greeted by Connor at the door who has an amazing cool, calm, and professional vibe. It was perfect from the smells to the decorations to the warm dim lighting all the way to the relaxing music in every room. Being able to pick and choose the things I wanted done instead of having to book a full blown day package was the best! They built my wants and needs into their schedule. When having to wait a short bit for my next service they have a cozy room with snacks and tea. TORI WAS AMAZING! Great massage from her. She had the perfect balance of knowing when to talk and have a conversation to when I wanted some silence without me having to say anything! She nailed it on the focus points I told her about. I also really liked how she told me what she was doing while working out tough spots on my back. She was explaining why my body was doing what it was doing and ways to help myself in the future. I liked hearing all of this information, but I know if I had wanted silence she would’ve easily obliged. Cannot recommend Tori enough! Then I had a facial with Kaitlin who was equally AMAZING! She also was telling me about my skin and gave great tips for bettering myself in the future. My skin has never looked better in my entire LIFE! From start to finish I was relaxed. Every single staff member was kind. This was my first spa experience and I will 10/10 be returning.

I went to Greenhouse as a birthday gift to myself and had an amazing time. I was greeted by Connor (the manager) at the door and I didn’t even have to provide my name! I was immediately offered a bottle of water and details on how the appointment would go. I was then led to the dressing room to put on my robe and slippers while I awaited my esthetician Ellery. Ellery was very polite and informative. She explained every product along my facial and even gave me some skin care tips prior to me leaving. I’ve never felt so good getting a facial! The heated bed and calming music enhanced the experience even more. Plus, the pricing was more than fair. If you’re looking for a spa for vacation or if you’re a local to Nashville, this is the place to go!

WOW! I got the half day experience and it was so worth it! The salt room was so relaxing, the massage pressure was perfect (Isaiah), the esthetician was knowledgeable and so friendly (Ellery), and the front desk manager was so kind and helpful (Conner). He also makes a wonderful snack tray! I wish I was based in the Nashville area so I could be a more frequent visitor ❤️

I did the soak which was lovely. Got a chance to loosen up the muscles a bit before the massage. Isiah did a fantastic job and had a good amount of pressure without being too much. Everything felt amazing and I left feeling like I was loose and refreshed. I do get massages at least once a month and I'm from California. This was my first time to Nashville and would definitely book this place again if I ever came back.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment. My massage therapist was very attentive to my needs and my facial was also amazing. I stayed in the salt room for 15 mins after my treatment and it was so relaxing. I will be coming back! Thank you
