Jake presented the height of customer service. I was at work and forgot the appointment. He agreed to meet me later. He educated me on what he was doing and why it would be effective. He assessed areas of need and executed. He knocked down cobwebs in the garage, added a rodent box and restocked with bait. Great work.

Inspection and treatment at the same time. Quick response time. Rodney was the tech and he was very courteous and thorough and explained what he needed to do before he did anything. Cost is very affordable and available discounts made them the best option when grouped with the prompt availability and great service. 100% recommend-and already have.

I wouldn't recommend Greenix to anyone. They only did half of the things written on their 20 point Home Inspection report. I wanted yellow jackets removed from an underground nest and one in my attic. They did very little to treat the underground nest and were supposed to return the next day to remove the nest from my attic but they never came. When I called, they informed me that they only did outside service, which was the complete opposite of the kind of service they promised when I signed up for their treatment program. As a result, I cancelled my annual program and had to hire another bee removal service. They promised to refund half of my first month's deposit but never came through on their promise. Don't be fooled by their marketing techniques and smooth talking sales reps. I would have given them less than one star if it was possible on the rating scale.

My experience with Greenix today was wonderful. I needed help with yellow jackets by my deck. My tech (Daniel Wilson) was on time in my arrival window. He called when he was on his way. When he got here, he was very friendly and polite. He let me explain the situation and location of the bees. He did a great job getting to the nest, spraying and cleaning up the area. He explained the process and what I should watch for in the next several days. He also explained my seasonal plan I had purchased and what they do each time which was helpful. Glad I called Greenix! I think my payment plan has me paying $45/mo which isn't listed below.

Justin Smith was my technician today. I hope that he is appreciated and compensated for his excellent service and people skills. He was very professional, informative, and just a genuinely good guy. He was here for hornet nest removal and spraying for yellow jacket type of bees in my eaves. If you are as fortunate as we were to have him service your property you will not be disappointed. Greenix is fortunate to to have such a great customer service representative.
