Concerning Auto money Max settlement! I had two separate loans with that company that I paid completely off! I paid in 2 years interest, and my settlement amount was 950.00! With this so-called class action lawsuit handled by this law firm ! They tried to justify the class action settlement how about 15% of the percentage of the interest paid in total ! And this was all calculated by the third party court appointed administrator out of the state of North Carolina! Pull up Auto money Max settlement case on the website and you will see the outcome, attorney fees, and court administration fee! They have never said how many members was in the settlement process! My personal opinion it was a sorry settlement outcome! The first title loan lawsuit in 2024 was with first Capital finance title loan company in clover South Carolina, and they even went through bankruptcy reorganization, and they paid out about $10,000.dollars on a structured settlement! A big difference than the class action lawsuit Auto money Max! This law firm didn't even know how much was going to be paid out in claims, since the court appointed administrator was handling the process! I don't recommend this law firm, based on the actual facts as it stands! Do your research before you sign off on any legal documents! This is my personal opinion, since I had dealt with two different title loan companies, and didn't have any issue with the payments from the companies, that I paid off completely as agreed upon! I have nothing but appreciation and gratitude to Mr.Drew Brown and Mr.James Faucher, we began our client attorney relationship April of 2023 and here we are 2025 2 years and 7 months later i never gave up on their ability to get justice for me and they never gave up on me. Sunday November 16th 2025 I received a phone call from Drew Brown informing me we had won. If I could give them more stars I would. Drew Brown worked on my case since for a while and always kept in contact either by email or phone call. He was very thorough when explaining things and was very up front and everything he said worked out better then I can imagine. I would recommend them for anything, if you’re looking for positive results.
