I would put a 5-star rather than 4-star This is because, they fixed the linking issue on my car, but it did last only a few miles and everything went back to the same Coolant leaking problem Fortunately Ramon (Rick) checked the car again the next day and the problem was fixed successfully this time. Now the car even runs faster and we are very happy. Good Job Ramon and Greulich's staff. My Trust came back to them. Thank you for fixing my Car ASAP

I dont usually write these but .........I came in on a Saturday during the Holiday season looking an estimate for a new radiator. The advisor I worked with was Monte. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and was great to work with. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at my quote, Monte assured me that it could be done that same day - and it was. He also arranged an Uber to drop me off at my residence and pick me up. Nice surprise. My service experience felt personal and not like a number at a dealership. It felt like my business mattered. My expectations were exceeded.

I’ve only ever taken my car to the dealership but after calling around I decided to try Greulich’s because Andrew was so thorough and kind on the phone. Loved their communication, honesty, details of their thought processes and just the excellent service. Went to pick up and pay and we met Ray. He was so down to earth and hilarious and it was the highlight of our day. He even helped us find coupons to apply. Not to mention when I got in my Jeep and drove away it was the best it felt in a long time. Very grateful and so pleased with our experience.

I tried this shop for the first time today and received excellent customer service. I got a great deal on an oil change. I appreciated not being pressured to get hundreds and hundreds of dollars in repairs that weren’t needed, as other shops have done. The waiting room is very comfortable, and my car was done quickly. I would definitely return!

Took it in for brake work and ended up needing a new brake caliper. Was told I wasn’t being charged labor because they were already doing the pads and rotors. The quoted cost ($471) of the caliper sounded high so I called Big Two Toyota Parts Department and was quoted $203.25 for the same part. That’s a 131.7% markup over the dealer. Which is crazy. When I asked about it, they said “well you can find them for $200 but you wouldn’t want to put in on your car”. Then I told them that was from Toyota Parts department they acted surprised and said “We’re corporate owned now, we just punch it in the system and those are the prices, not much we can do” I have no problem with businesses making money but 130% markup on a part…over a dealership? Nah. Do they mark up all their parts that much? Or did they actually pack labor in there? Either way…don’t trust them anymore. I could tell something was different when I took another vehicle there a couple weeks ago…They’re a little more salesy than they were in the past. I found others online with similar experiences and read that it had been purchased by a bigger corporation. It’s too bad…they lost a hell of a lot more money than the markup they made on a brake caliper. With all that said, the guys there are nice enough and never had an issue with the actual workmanship. That’s why they got the 3 stars.
