Came here with my wife while in the area. It was cold out so we both wanted to try a local coffee joint. This one looked promising as it's highly rated. I can see why! Not only do they have a good coffee selection, there's also multiple baked goods you can buy, and they're allergy friendly too 👍🏻 I got the hazelnut mocha and that slapped harder than an angry girlfriend, it was really good!
Stopped by while doing some birding in the Toledo area, I got a strawberry mocha (hot) and my husband got a decaf hazelnut mocha (also hot) even though they were pretty busy when we got there, there wasn't too much of a wait. Both drinks were very good and I would definitely got them again. Of course I am curious about the queen flight. There was a decent amount of seating when we went, and it had a very cozy vibe, especially considering the wet and snowy weather outside
Doesn’t seem to be as inclusive as advertised. It was my first time, and I was only there for a short time. Personally, I received subpar customer service. However, I was most disappointed that shortly after I had arrived, a woman came in to charge her phone for a bit, was absolutely no bother, and was told, “If it was up to me, I wouldn’t care, but the owners are watching, and they don’t want people hanging out here unless they buy something.” I gave her the bottle of water I had just bought and walked out. I understand the reasons for a policy like this; I just don’t agree, especially with how it was enforced. You know the location of your coffee shop. That’s all I will say. Won’t be back.
Only got a tea and a muffin but they are both great. Good customer service as well.
Ordered the iced caramel macchiato and buffalo chickpea sandwich Macchiato was good👍 sandwich was old and needed to be discarded, probably still edible but not served to customer (especially for the price I paid) worthy. Staff is friendly. Definitely should invest in adding more breakfast items (bagels, toasts, croissants, bakery….) especially since it’s the only coffee shop open (that I found) at 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday in the downtown area.

Where great coffee meets community connection in Toledo.
