Great prices, convenient and easy. Not your normal rentals were under bottom of the line skis which are no fun these are top of the line with Bluetooth and all the bells and whistles. We showed up at dock for our rentals they were already in water topped off with gas and ready to go for the full day when we returned sane simple process. They do everything for you which made my trip to bass lake extremely great. I really enjoyed the customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in area looking for jet ski rentals I know when we’re back we will definitely be contacting again.

So disappointing. I was so pleased through the the whole process of renting the jet ski. Everything was going great the company seemed very professional just as I thought from reading all the great things said in the reviews. BUT man was I Deceived...the day we met for delivery at millerton Lake we drove up met with a young lady Named Paige who seemed very respectful understanding and professional. I asked a few questions since it was my first time ever renting a jet ski and asked where I was supposed to put jetski when we take breaks from being on it since we were camping there I couldn't see us being on it the full 8 hrs straight and she stated that we could tie it up at the dock or anchor it in the water due to the water level being so low and our camp site being a half a mile on the other side of the lake I asked if there was a key or lock to start it and be able to lock it or take key to turn of and take with me during breaks of going back to site to rest or eat so that Noone could jump on it and steal it. And she mentioned it had a universal key and anyone with a nother universal key could start it. So at this point I'm not worried about losing the company's jetski and me being responsible for the lost or the lost of my deposits. With the water level being so low we would be nowhere near to observe or keep safe the jet ski and we could just stay on it all day considering it was 8 hrs and just me and my wife. So we would have to take at the least break to eat and use the restroom. So Paige said she totally understand and mentioned that we could still cancel and would be refunded in full. She asked us to think about it and Because of the risk I was taking and for the protection of the company's jetski me and my wife felt we should take Paige up on the offer of canceling with the full refund. So we did. Never were we in possession of the jetski it never left the trialer it arrived in and never hit the water. She said I would receive a refund an I would receive a call from the owner in a bit to take care of it. I even offered for them to take $50 out of the total refund for the their time because i was Thankful for their understanding and time. So we parted ways and later that day I called because I had not received any call or notification from the company. I waited and Saturday the 13th I called again no answer. Left a message and texted. No response Monday called texted emailed and no response. Tuesday Paige calls to tell me I couldn't receive a refund that after all and that there is nothing she could do. I asked to talk to the manager and she hung up on me. As of today I have not received a refund or heard back from the company. Rented jetski on the 12th today is the 20th such a disappointment this company really let me down if I would have know I was going to lose out on $466 I would have just kept the jets ski for that day and took the risk instead of losing money for nothing my mistake for caring about the companies jetski and my own deposit. So sad and disappointed. Be careful with this company I pray that Noone else gets done this way. They didn't even offer to allow us to just pick a new date to rent since we were charged for nothing. Never received a call from management or anyone other then Paige. I can't let this Go something has to be done. People can't just take advantage of customers this way

Lifesavers After a Terrible Experience After getting completely ghosted by another rental company, we found this place and they absolutely saved our day. LEO was Super professional, friendly, and got us out on the water quickly with zero hassle. Their communication was clear, everything was ready, and the jet skis were in great shape. Can’t thank them enough for turning our ruined morning into an amazing afternoon. Highly recommend! We’ll be back and telling all friends and family!! Thank you again !

Leo and his partner took really good care of us! Great prices! Stellar communication! Fully gassed up and ready to rock! He text us the night before and told us some better options for locations and we’ were so thankful he reached out. We switched lakes but it was well worth it. My family and friends have a wonderful time bouncing around on the wave runner and chillaxing on the boat while pulling people (Tubing)! Couldn’t have asked for better weather or better service. We’re already planning our next trip with them. Oh…and they delivered and picked up everything directly into the water. NO FUSS!

We have never used them before but stumbled upon them for a jet ski rental for the week. They had an issue with our rental and instantly pivoted to help us enjoy our vacation with an even better plan. Paige delivered and set up the boat making it so easy. Not only did they keep us updated the entire week they were so very helpful with any questions and even upgraded us. Huge shoutout to the crew-everyone we talked to-Leo, Malaki and Paige were professional, and responsive. I cannot encourage them enough and will be using again next year. The only negative is that we did not find them sooner.
