Mark was a fabulous tour guide! As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how thoughtful he was, he happily took photos for me and offered assistance throughout the day and created a fun day getting to know the group. Mark was a safe and careful driver and made me feel very comfortable driving in the snow. He was incredibly pleasant, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His passion for the area really showed, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Mark from Grizzly Tours to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and memorable tour experience.

What an incredible day! Our guide Mark was fantastic! His passion for the Canadian Rockies made every stop unforgettable. The scenery was breathtaking! Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon's waterfalls were absolutely stunning. Mark knew all the best photo spots and his commentary brought Banff National Park to life. Everything was perfectly organized and the small group made it feel like a personal tour with friends.

Mark was an excellent tour operator. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the Banff area attractions and his mobile hot chocolate/coffee bar was a fabulous addition to the tour experience! He was super flexible with timelines at the different attractions and went out of his way to ensure that we felt cared for! 15/10-would definitely recommend!!

Amazing Experience and Mark Made the Tour Unforgettable We did the Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Banff Day Tour and it ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. The views were unreal. Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were even more beautiful in person than in photos. The highlight of the entire tour was Mark. He was absolutely incredible and very fun. He kept everyone laughing, made the atmosphere warm and comfortable and took amazing photos for us. His energy made the whole day feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he truly loves what he does. The schedule was organized, the ride was comfortable and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. Even though it was a long day, the time went by fast because Mark kept the vibes high. If you are planning to do this tour, I strongly recommend it.
