Ken was the best communicator - he called, emailed, and kept us in the loop during every phase from pre-order to finish. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and if he could not contact us immediately, we were sent an email telling us when he would be in touch. What a great company! We ordered t-shirts for children and adults at our school, and our order arrived as we asked and on time. We've dealt with other companies in the past that promised the moon and didn't deliver. Ken promised and did deliver. He even called after we received our order to verify that we were satisfied with the product and that our order was filled to specifications.
