What can I say…Group Wine Tours is absolutely first class when it comes to delivering an authentic Hunter Valley experience! Right from the start with my initial booking inquiry (Paul was so quick to respond to any questions I had - fantastic customer service!) through to the completion of our tour, Paul’s professionalism, excellent communication skills, fun sense of humour and attention to detail was outstanding. He tailored our private half-day tour to our specific needs and requests - nothing was too much trouble. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole afternoon and was happy to share interesting information about Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, including the incredible wines. After visiting two superb wineries and a uniquely colourful gin/vodka distillery, he even took the time to visit a local dairy with incredible local cheeses and other condiments/meat products, which was an additional tour stop ‘surprise’. What a wonderful way to round off our time in the Hunter! Definitely the icing on the cake. He made us all feel very comfortable with his easy going nature throughout the whole tour. Paul’s tour bus was meticulously clean and well presented, making it a very pleasant travel experience. An amazing experience with an amazing tour business. My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our wine tour with Paul. Not only was he easy to deal with when organising the tour, but also very friendly and had great music in the van! Would highly recommend organising a tour with him if you are visiting the Hunter. The afternoon ran very smoothly and we all had a lot of fun!!

Coming highly recommended and with only 2 days notice, Paul made arrangements to pick us up from Newcastle, take us to 3 magnificent, boutique wineries in Pokolbin where each winery featured wines from grapes grown on the property (not bought in) and get us to the airport in time for our flight home. Paul was very happy to share his knowledge of the region with us, which was very interesting. Nothing was too much trouble. The bus was clean and comfortable. We had an absolutely wonderful day!

Paul was great! The day was well organised and the venues were great. Paul’s knowledge about the Hunter valley wines and friendly personality really made the day. The tour was really easy to book and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to everyone :)
