they claim that their burrito is one of the best in NJ and I totally agree. I tried them all - pork, chicken, mushroom. it’s so good, I always come back for more. also it’s huge and honestly might be enough for two people. chicken caesar wrap is my second favorite thing to get here! oh and of course mac’n’cheese 🤤 however the wings are not our favorite, we tried them all
3rd order in 4 nights. Caesar chicken wrap...amazing. Chicken burrito was insanely good. Just got the burger and solid burger. Really happy with this place and the manager Abe is top notch.
This could’ve been just a one off but I feel it’s still important to share because someone could get sick. Ordered a medium burger and it was pretty much raw :( And I ate most of it before realizing it rip. Their food is really good otherwise!!!! That’s why I’m giving 3 stars.
Wow! Just wow! Filled my tummy and my soul. I will let the photos speak for themselves when it comes to the food - but definitely try the disco fries and pulled pork burrito ✨ If you are sober or want a break, they have the best virgin / alcohol-free Aperol spritz. And to top it off a ton of gluten free options—I got the burrito with gluten free wrap 🙌❤️ A place where neighbors become friends, Bergen Hall is my new bestie for food and service! 🎉
UPDATED 3/19/24 PM: The manager reached out and was fantastic about making this right. He said he’s investing time into improving their consistency and offered to buy me dinner to test their improvements later on. Give these guys a shot, they’re good people and do right by their customers. (2 stars) ORIGINAL 3/19/24 AM: I hate to do this but these guys just can’t get out of their own way. We order from here all the time - it’s convenient and generally has healthy options - but they cannot ever get it right. They are so inconsistent - I can’t remember the last time we didn’t have an issue with an order. Yesterday was my tipping point, they completely left out an item and my chicken came undercooked. I called numerous times to get a refund on those two items and was met with a “let me talk to my manager” with no follow up. Can’t get anything through their delivery app either. A few weeks ago we got two island bowls with undercooked hard rice. The food is good, they just aren’t consistent at all. We’d order every night from here if they could perform consistently.
