Went for the Atlanta food and wine festival. Beautiful venue.
Guardian Works is industrial poetry in motion. I helped photographed Courtney and Aaron’s fall wedding here, and the venue’s gritty-meets-glitter(y) energy stole the show - think 24-foot exposed beams dripping with disco balls (their bold spin!) and original 1908 red brick walls that whispered stories of its past life as a chemical factory and perfumery. (Yes, they’ve kept oversized scales and vintage vats as quirky decor.) The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the 6,000 SF main space with golden light, while the 10,000 SF fenced lawn (hello, ceremony potential!) felt like a secret garden tucked into West Midtown’s buzz. What impressed me? Flexibility without fuss. Custom decor with zero pushback, and the seamless execution from the staff Logistically, it’s a photographer’s ally: tons of free parking (no valet scramble!), ADA access, loads of space. Capacity-wise, it’s ideal for 150–250 guests—spacious enough for a live band under the skylights but cozy for toasts in the pre-function area. Pro tips for couples: • Lean into the history: Use the original freight elevator (yes, it’s there!) as a photo op or quirky champagne nook. • Outdoor magic: The lawn’s $750 ceremony add-on includes 200 white chairs—worth it for golden-hour vows. • Catering savvy: Stick to their amazing approved list (like Fox Bros or Proof of the Pudding) to dodge the $2K outside fee. We had our Christmas party here. It’s a beautiful venue! Nicely set up inside and outside. Would hope we do it again next year!
Lovely wedding/party venue situated in the heart of Atlanta, without feeling like you're stuck in the middle of a big city. Housed in a former perfume factory, it has an old warehouse charm with several well-appointed, intimate spaces. I had the pleasure of being a groomsman & catering a wedding here. The outdoor space is well covered and a couple hundred people could easily enjoy hanging out outside if it were raining & have no fear of getting wet. Check this place out for your next event for sure!
Came here for the Atlanta Magazine whiskey festival. The venue is nice. However, no one cleaned throughout the event so there were glasses and cups all over. Also, the patio is not very well lit. So it's difficult to enjoy any outdoor entertainment.

Industrial elegance meets historic charm in Atlanta's premier event venue.
