Guitar center is absolutely nuts and over stimulating some times…it was my only Saturday off work for a while and I really wanted to use that time to buy myself my dream acoustic. Makan checked in on me several times, even prioritizing me when he was trying to weed through the many people in the acoustic room that also had questions. He set up a spot for me to switch between the two guitars I was down to at the end, so I could really feel them out. His service was impeccable. I also work in retail sales, so I can recognize how calm and collected he was staying on a very busy Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. Thanks for making it easier on me Makan!
I wanted to try out some of the open back headphones so I went to the guitar center store in round rock. They were soooo friendly! They let me borrow cable to try out the headphones on display. They just didn’t have the ones I was looking for on the display and suggested me to drive down to this store as they said it’s new and might have more options for me to try out. Well I drove all the way down here and the guy here won’t even gave me an option to try out headphones. He was least interested in helping me. Such an opposite experience here. Never coming here again.
My dear friend " Daniel Smith " works there, but b4 finding he works there,Ive purchased equipment. Like my " StingRay 5 Bass "& Mark Bass Cabinets. Recently ,I pirchased a " Roc n Soc, hydraulic drum throne, and wireless plug ins for my bass, and amp. Im really happy with my purchases. Great staff,as well. Id recommend to anyone.
Rosendo was great! He took the time to help us find a great gift, was patient, and actively helped us stay in budget. Literally renewed my faith in in-person retail shopping. So friendly!
I was heartbroken arriving at the old location and realizing it was closed. Thankfully someone who happened to be passing by had seen me and had let me know that the new location was just up the street! After walking in, this place was immediately considerably better organized and more approachable than the old one.
