Dale did a termite inspection at my home. He arrived on time, was very professional and kind. He pointed out the damage and presented solutions. His calm demeanor and knowledge really put my anxieties about the situation at ease. Highly recommend Dale and Gunter.

Zach(k?) was helpful, friendly and thorough in treating for rodents, and gave us great, workable solutions for sealing up entry points that won't cost an arm and a leg. He's our second great experience with Gunter for various pest management treatments, definitely recommend.

We called to get a Termite Inspection done for our home loan. Dale showed up the next day on time! He was very nice and friendly. He showed us things to look out for, explained what he was doing and why, and asked if we had any questions. I will definitely work with Dale again if I ever needed this company again.

After calling number prominently displayed on their website and agent said he was in Colorado!, (so much for owner quoted as saying only local agents answer their phones!) 'Lee" from the Waldo location showed up for my free inspection. I already had latex gloves ready for him since the inspection was for bedbugs (huge issue in former apartment housing for seniors!) but he had gloves on. He wanted to inspect the living room but I told him we almost never use it, so I showed him to the bedroom. I'm glad I didn't let him look at my upholstered furniture as I was able to determine his gloves were a dark "workman's" type, not clean, and neither were his trousers. He did a cursory exam of the mattress with those dirty gloves, barely pulling off the sheets tucked under, and used his camera to photograph as he lifted the mattress up along the edges. He looked at the side of the bed I DO NOT sleep on, and checked the head of the bed even though the bites were on my lower legs. I pointed out both so eventually he got to rub his dirty gloves over my entire mattress. He told me there was no sign, so I asked if he would sign my request indicating an all clear. He refused, so I had nothing to show he had even been here, nor that anything was found. After he left there was a piece of mud which had apparently dropped off his soles onto my white tile foyer entrance, so I picked it up and it looked like a roach! I photographed it, blew it up, and still have no idea what he brought into my home from another location. Even though I have a fractured shoulder blade, and disabled requiring a walker 24/7, I vacuumed any place he had walked as I could not contain the thought that other creepies may have fallen into my carpet! Even my PLUMBER puts on "footies" to walk through my home. How is it an exterminator is not also required to do such? Or even wear those suits? If I'd not gotten distracted with conversation trying to steer him away from my living room, and then point out he was not even checking the bedding closest to where I lay, I would have remembered to insist he wear my latex gloves. Perhaps Lee was not used to home inspections, since Gunter also does lawn work. I would appreciate an identification by a professional of the photo taken which was on my floor after he left.
