Have been lucky enough to train with Rupert one the PT's on site very knowledgeable and helped me achieve goals that I have wanted achieve for a long time week by week support, in person training & structured training plan = success. Fantastic gym in a great location, friendly staff, good equipment and killer coffee. Keep it moving Gym Nation 💪

I went for a dance class and the studio was very good, staff are friendly and the meals on offer are tasty too! I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looks like it’s very well equipped and clean. Definitely would come more often I were closer

Gymnation is a phenomenon! It has all of the equipment, expertise and enthusiasm for a powerlifting gym but none of the ego. I’ve been using and working in gyms for over 25 years and this place is a real rarity. It’s so far from the usual, intimidating lad culture so present in facilities like this. You simply don’t get this huge variety of demographic and all the functionality of a lifting gym in one place. Well done all of the team! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable all the way from the top down. Keep it up Gymnation!
