I really love this place friendly staff. A lot of gluten free options including sauces. For a family of 6 the amount of food you get is insane. 10/10 recommend

While we enjoyed our experience, the value isn't here in my opinion. The thin meat cuts shredded when trying to cook. The thicker cuts are the way to go. While everything was tasty, nothing was wow and for more than $50 a person there needs to be a few wows. This is a one and done experience for me.

Food, service & atmosphere all outstanding! Will definitely be back! Only thing I personally didn’t care for was the drinks. My Rose wine was minty and tasted gross (didn’t complain just ordered margaritas) but they were not strong at all! Others at our table liked their beer so maybe I just ordered the wrong drinks, but food was great and definitely will be back!

I’ve been to many Gyu-Kaku locations around the world, and unfortunately this was the worst experience. The food was fine—nothing terrible, nothing amazing—but a bit pricey for the portions. The service is what really disappointed us. The host was rude when we asked for a corner booth and insisted we sit in the middle, saying the corner grill was broken—even though later a single guest was seated at that same corner booth and the grill seemed to work for them. Our server, Don Adrian, seemed rushed and rarely checked on us. Our appetizers took over 30 minutes; when we asked for an update, he said they were still working on it and hurried off. The rest of the food followed soon after, but the attitude didn’t improve—when we asked for the check, it was dropped on the table abruptly and he walked away. Overall, the food was okay, but the rudeness and disorganization ruined the meal. Very disappointing compared to other Gyu-Kaku locations.

We ordered the Meat Lovers set, and the portion size was perfect for two people - enough to feel satisfied without being overly stuffed. The cuts of meat were good quality and flavorful, which made the BBQ experience pretty enjoyable. I opted to upgrade the plain rice to the beef sukiyaki bibimbap, but honestly, it was a bit plain for my taste - could've used a bit more seasoning or flavor. On the downside, the host who greeted us at the door didn’t seem very welcoming. His facial expression looked pretty angry, which threw off the vibe a little at first. However, the rest of the service was attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food.
