The service at H. Samuel, Cabot Circus, Bristol today was brilliant 👏🏼 👌🏽 🙌 My wife and I were trying to get some jewels (rings, etc). We struggled quite a bit with making the right choices. A staff (whose badge had the name JUMOBI) was very helpful. She had a listening ear, answered our questions to our satisfaction and, in the end, made some very useful suggestions to us which hugely guided our choice and happily so. Another member of staff, FARAH (whom I suspected to be Jumobi's line manager) was also very helpful, especially in providing answers to enquiries where the latter probably needed the advice or guidance of a "more experienced" colleague. Overall, we left very satisfied with the duo and with H. Samuel and the quality of service we received. We were also very happy with our purchase.

She was absolutely outstanding, she really listened to what I wanted, understood my budget, and guided me to the perfect engagement ring. I went into the H Samuel shop at Cabot Circus to purchase some earrings. Sophie Perry was super helpful and her customer service was outstanding! She helped me pick out the perfect set for myself and was really proactive. I will definitely be visiting again.
