Started at the dealership then came here for a second opinion. Very happy we did! They are very friendly, professional, and found the actual issue to fix the transmission saving us alot of time and money. Would definately recommend and be back if I ever need to in the future.

Outstanding Service at Hackler Transmissions! I’m beyond impressed with the service I received at Hackler Transmissions! After struggling with an ongoing issue with my 2017 Acura RDX, I visited several mechanics, including Acura dealerships, but no one could figure out the problem. That’s when I found Hackler Transmissions, and they truly came through. Phil and John were fantastic from start to finish. I can’t say enough about these guys. John at the front, Phil the lead mechanic, and the crew, really just a terrific bunch. I had a very complex and challenging transmission build on my old Lexus 350. Most mechanics and transmission shops wouldn’t have taken the challenge on. I thought it was very telling that two of my mechanics that I use both recommended Hackler without me, even mentioning them. I was skeptical because they had a really high rating on Google and yelp where most transmission shops are not rated well, But now I know why. I’ve had them serviced three separate cars. The value adds, the authentic kind nature, and overall experience of the shop shine through. I understand now why I saw high-end cars, Collectible antiques, domestic, foreign, And even a beater or two… they seem open to any challenge. Even on my jeep Wrangler, They discovered something, not tied to the transmission in by proactively letting me know probably save me a much larger, mechanical fix later on. I feel like this shop is what a mechanic shocked in the 50s was like (True congenial service not “ Metric checklist” based). Highly recommend- Jeff T.

I’m paid Around 3,000$ for a 2011 Ford Transit Connect Transmission repair. Very poorly done. Came out with a check engine light a day or two after supposed fix which seemed like a guess and check because they could not ‘find’ the problem. Transmission was leaking a couple weeks later. The guy named Phil could not seem to fix it and took over 2 weeks to repair. I paid good money for terrible service. Will never come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND for transmission jobs. These guys are not specialists ironically. Included is my picture of after 3-4 months it stated leaking again.

Brought in my 2006 Impala ss 4T65E-hd transmission with front seal pouring out oil. 4 days later Phil calked and said it was done. Feels like brand new again. Thank you Hackler Transmission, and Ron at Engines r us for recommending Hackler
