They were response to our call and then prompt and kept the appointment. The workmen were great. Quickly found the problem--went above the minimum to provide a better than original solution. They even patched up the minor damage removing the old fixture--not their fault. Absolutely professional and first class work. Well use them again first.
Haddad's team did a great job on a complex rewiring for me. Careful, neat, professional work and good communication between front office-field team and me. I would use them without any hesitation for my next project and recommend them for yours.
I feel obligated to provide this unsolicited review. Yesterday I had an issue that required an electrician. I'd seen Haddad trucks over the years (in Hoboken), so called them. It was early morning, and when nobody answered after four rings, I assumed it was too early and that I should call back afer 9:00 am. I didn't leave a message. Within minutes, however, Nick called asking what was up. I described the problem and he said they'd call me back once they figured out the day's schedule and when they could fit me in. And they did call back ... within 15 minutes. A few hours later, two gentlemen arrived (Hasan and Angel -- very personable and professional), did some troubleshooting, and got it fixed. Responsive, prompt, professional and at a very reasonable price.
Extremely poor customer service. Driver/laborer Jason Zaitoun was extremely unprofessional and drove the work van recklessly around Jersey city. Would not recommend this contractor and please report the reckless driving. When confronted about the situation, Mr. Zaitoun went on to gloat about how his “boss” would always check with him and not take me seriously. Absolutely terrible. Spoke to Nick and fortunately he assured this driver would not be allowed to man the work vans anymore. Much appreciated Nick! Keep the roads safe!
These guys are amazing! I called with a concern about a switch in my bathroom, and they were here 3 days later to get it fixed! Responsive, friendly, professional, and on time - can’t recommend Haddad Electric enough. They’ll definitely be my go-to for any future work.
