Very happy with my roof installation. Was recommended by a friend, Buddy, in the neighborhood who had his roof installed and was acquainted with Hailco. The project manager, Owin Layourn, was a delight to work with to get me started. Abby Lebsock, the Project Coordinator, was great in communicating the steps to get this done and to work with my insurance company. The crew from Solar Fix to remove and reinstall my solar panels were great and for the roofing crew they did a great job even with the heat. The crew did a great job to clean up the debris around the house.

The claims company they use, CLAIMSCO, relieved us of having to negotiate with our homeowners’ insurance. HAILCO coordinated the electrical & pool panel removal & replacement promptly before & after the new roof install. The crew that completed the roof install did a great job, were careful & courteous. All the staff we worked with at HAILCO were very service oriented. The $2,000 we paid out of pocket was our insurance deductible.
