I came to Hair Benders looking for a new stylist. My first appointment was with Brooke for a Keratin treatment and haircut. Brooke was absolutely wonderful. She discussed the treatment and cut she planned and it was perfect! I booked another appt the following week for highlights and once again, Brooke did an amazing job! So happy I found Hair Benders, I highly recommend this salon.

I love this place! Normally I go see Shelby, but she was booked up and I needed to get my hair done before Christmas! I saw Ian and he did a wonderful job. He was super friendly and I could tell he took pride in his work. I’d trust anyone in there to do my hair and I know they wouldn’t do me dirty.

i saw bree this morning for a cut and style and it looks soooo gooood!!!! i can't get over how great my hair looks! the service was efficient, but not rushed. bree is super sweet and made nice conversation. she made sure to address everything i wanted with my hair and paid attention to detail. all of the staff were very kind. i'm definitely happy with my service and will be back!

It's great when businesses do good work to keep their customers happy. The question is what do they do when they fall short. My story ended with nothing more than a " were so sorry ma'am ." I've been a loyal Hair Benders customer over the years, mostly at Gunbarrel and recently at Frazier. A few months ago, I booked an appointment online, took the day off, and was called the day before to cancel due to a system error that didn’t allocate enough time for my services. Frustrated, I canceled. The next day, they called back saying they hadn’t meant to cancel—just wanted to confirm my services would take over two hours. I kept the appointment, and the stylist did a great job. This week, I booked again online with a different stylist since mine is on maternity leave. I selected haircut and highlights. Two hours before my appointment, I was told the stylist wouldn’t be in and was offered a slot with someone else an hour earlier. I rearranged my day, drove 30 minutes to Frazier, paid $10 for parking, and arrived at 10 a.m.. I sat down for my consultation and picked up right away that the Stylist was not in the best mood. I'm assuming due to a last minute client, i.e...me. So, after seeing my reference photos, the Stylist then said the color wasn’t realistic and couldn’t be done. They stepped away, checked their schedule, and returned saying they could only do a cut and root color—not the highlights I booked. I explained I had scheduled enough time online, but was told again it wasn’t sufficient. I was confused, if the service I requested online was not possible, why did they have me come in? I just said to cancel at this point. I asked for my deposit back I’d wasted an hour of my morning, a day taken off work was lost, $10 on parking, that was not reimbursed and left feeling extremely frustrated. This did not even leave me with the ability to try to call around since I'd already taken the day off work and go somewhere else. They've lost a loyal client—and if they review my history, they'll see I consistently tipped 25-30%. Hair Benders positions itself as a premium salon, emphasizing exceptional service and upscale customer care. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Fraser location did not reflect those standards. I will not be going back again.

Shelby is always pure perfection. She does an incredible job on my hair color. Brooke gave me an amazing haircut. I love the way this team works together to make sure their clients are always happy. The atmosphere is so upbeat and pleasant. 🙌💜
