Even though the store was extremely busy Sarah who i believe is a manager took the time to help me with a great attitude, friendliness and what I would consider the highest quality customer service. Customer service workers of Sarah's quality are rare in general and should be highly valued by the company they work for.

I love coming in to see what new books are out and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Now if we are talking about the store on the Southside the front desk was very unhelpful and quick to give you a quick or I don't know answer to get you off their back. But the Northside location is amazing.

The smell was the absolute best! I miss the smell of pages. I had a couple of boxes of books to donate. I physically couldn't lift them. Not only did they come out with a cart but all the way to my vehicle. Hands down the only place I'll donate (they also pay) other than the local library.

If you love books this is the place to come and see if they have what you want. They have a huge selection and even have some great products at a cheaper price for those homeschooling parents to help aid their journey! They have movies and some toys and Funko Pops as well. They will even buy your old books and such items.great place, great prices, and great atmosphere.

Cool place. They buy your old books and resell them at a reasonable price. They have many other things too, like jigsaw puzzles, toys, video games, role playing games, a big section for children, and more.
