As a guy getting first-time facial services, I did not have high expectations. However, Lauren was very welcoming and walked me through the whole process. She was gentle, yet firm, and it was the perfect display of her being a master of her craft. My skin saw immediate results after the treatment and I look forward to continuing them. While there was some redness in some areas that had extractions done, that went away after a couple of hours.
