Matt has been teaching our son (who was 8 when he started) for 2 years now. My son started with never playing the drums before and with Matt's teaching he has excelled beyond our expectations. Playing all kinds of different songs has really broadened our sons ability to learn and love of music. Matt has an amazing ability to connect with kids where he makes it fun. My son is always looking forward to his next lesson. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone.

Matt's been my teacher for a while. I am a mature student, who knew to be a better drummer. I needed to fix some fundamentals that I miss over a self taught drummer. Matt has helped me phenomenally and I will keep using Matt to grow as a musician. BTW, Matt's really cool and very nice too. Check him out in some his his bands, he is really outstanding!!!

Matt is our youngest son's drum instructor and he is awesome! Matt's approach is very positive and his style of teaching has really resonated well. Our son was ready to stop the drums all together and now he is excited, engaged and looks forward to playing!

Matt is a great drum teacher, he's had to get creative with teaching online and he's made it work. I've been a student of his for over a year and I always have a big smile on my face after every lesson. As an adult student it's hard to find time to practice, but Matt is understanding and encouraging.

Matt has been teaching my son drums for several years now. He is an amazing teacher who takes the time to plan lessons based on my sons musical taste. My son loves him and he has turned into a pretty good drummer. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone interested in pursuing the drums..
