I really enjoyed the way the front desk invited me in and really explained my experience for the day. Makalah and Leo thank you for the warm welcome. What an Amazing experience for massage and facial. I really enjoyed the massage with Taw and the facial with Cassi. I have never been so relaxed. I will spread the word to everyone. I'm so Happy 😁

I somehow created my membership under the Chandler location instead of the Queen Creek location when I originally signed up so I only really deal with this location when it comes to my account. Marge specifically is always so freaking rude when I contact them and now magically can’t help me with cancelling my membership (I lost my job) until next week after my account gets charged again. This location is terrible please go to one of the other locations at least to create your membership and save yourself the headache!

I am grateful for Elizabeth and her talent in skin treatment. I highly recommend booking your facial with Elizabeth Younadim! She is so thorough, caring, and respectful. She is the best esthetician I have ever known. Thank you Hand & Stone Chandler.
Hello Keeyia
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent massage. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the incredibly skillful and relaxing massage itself, the entire experience was truly outstanding. It was, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever had. The kindness and professionalism of your entire team were particularly noteworthy and contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. Thank you again for your dedication to providing such a high level of service.
