Booked online through their website. Had an email to fill out their general information and consent form (which was clunky and didn’t work well on browser). I get to my appointment and they do not have me in their system. The lady at the desk did try to offer me an appointment for a few hours later but unfortunately I wasn’t able to wait around.

Bed bugs. I saw a roach, he tried to give me a massage. He charged to much. I said no. I didn't see any hands or stones. False advertising. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

While my massage experiences here were good (and I loved my chosen massage therapist), I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons. I told the woman on the phone this, and she neglected to mention that even though I was canceling well before another payment was due, they were going to take next payment out anyway (and call it a grace period for themselves). Even if you cancel membership on the day a payment is taken out, they're going to take another payment 30 days later. So now I am out money for necessities for my household and family and have massage credits that I likely won't even have time to use or even want to set foot in this place again because of their predatory cancellation policy.

I've had really wonderful massages here, and it's a convenient location. Been going for years and have always had a great experience. It's right next door to Rick's City Diner. Serenity is the best!

I have been going here for years. The therapists and estheticians are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They always go above and beyond my expectations of relaxation and pain relief. The reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products and advising me if what upgrades would meet my needs.
