I have been seeing Julia for massages for about 6-7 months now. She is excellent. Extremely skilled, polite, and professional. I cannot think of a single bad thing to say about her or the front desk staff I interact with. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a massage.

I had an appointment scheduled with a specific therapist. I received a voicemail from Hand & Stone informing me that my therapist would be unavailable due to a family matter. The voicemail offered the option of switching to another therapist or rescheduling with my therapist the next week, but it did not state that I would automatically be reassigned to another therapist. The day of my appointment, I received an appointment reminder email and called to confirm that my appointment was cancelled and reschedule with my therapist. I was informed that I had been booked with a different therapist for that day and that if I did not show, I would be charged a no-show fee. Despite the lack of clear communication regarding this change, I was charged $37.68. I am very disappointed in this experience and cancelled my membership. I also ask that management review the communication process to ensure that clients are explicitly informed when appointments are changed, to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Despite my email and request for follow up, I did not receive a call from management.

I should have read how recent some of the bad reviews were….Painful experience with the deep tissue massage here. Despite asking multiple times if they had a therapist who knew how to do it, the person I got clearly didn't. When I complained, the masseuse was unprofessional and couldn't refute my points about what a real deep tissue massage entails. I get these done once a month and shame on me for trying a new place out. Add to that the fact that she coughed nonstop, which was super gross. Refunded, but now I'm in more pain than when I arrived. Hard pass!!!

Disappointed by New Ownership and Gift Card Policy I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Hand and Stone massage and facial spa..following their buyout of Massage Green spa I had a $200 gift card that was purchased in good faith under the previous ownership, but when I went to redeem it, I was told it was no longer being honored. What’s most frustrating is that there was absolutely no communication or notice provided to customers about the change in ownership—no email, no sign, no grace period offered to use outstanding gift cards. It felt like the rug was pulled out from under loyal customers. Gift cards are not just a casual purchase—they’re often given as thoughtful gifts or saved for special occasions. To have that value simply wiped out without warning is not only poor business practice, it’s a complete lack of respect for customers. I understand that ownership changes can come with new policies, but this transition was handled very poorly. A grace period, or at the very least a public notice, would have gone a long way in maintaining goodwill. Until this issue is addressed, I won’t be returning—and I won’t be recommending this business to others.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 😌🌊❗️ That’s about sums it up. If you don’t have a wellness routine, seriously consider starting with adding a massage and sauna session to your practice. Massage Green always does excellent and I leave feeling totally rejuvenated. They have a variety of services they offer, from massages, to facials and saunas. I love the fact that I can add my choice of essential oils during my massage followed by an amazing hot towel. I really enjoy working with Christie, but throughout the years I’ve also worked with other massage therapist who also do a good job. I prefer to enjoy a 90 min massage, followed by an 60 min sauna session. 😌 They have many different packages available, to fit your custom needs and preferences!
